Mote House is a Grade II listed building, set in a stunning parkland location on the edge of Maidstone.

 

Raven Audley Court is developing an independent living complex on the site, including the refurbishment and renovation of all the listed properties on the site.

The former stately mansion will incorporate one and two bedroom apartments and is set to create a retirement haven for future residents. Leisure facilities, including a swimming pool and health and wellbeing centre will be located in adjacent buildings within the grounds.

 

The total gross development value for the park stands at an impressive £40 million.

We have been brought on to the team by the client after the planning stage to take the project through construction and to completion, anticipated in 2010.
