Design Commission for Wales (DCFW)

Alan Francis has been Chairman of the Commission – the Welsh equivalent of CABE in England (Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment) since 2006. He is also a commissioner and co-chair of the Commissioner’s design review panel (appointed 2003). The DCFW was established in 2002 by the Welsh Government to champion good design and a high quality built environment.

Toby Adam has been a design review panel member at the Commission since 2009.
