Originally, Terra Nova was a private boarding school dating from 1902 which was converted in 1948 into a School for the Hearing Impaired. It is a substantial estate set in a sought- after residential area close to the Sefton Coast, the largest sand dune system in the UK.

Working with Sefton Borough Council we created 83 units of accommodation for an Audley Care Community. All apartments link back to the Victorian House comprising restaurant, lounge, library and spa with views over the open meadowland towards the adjoining Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
