A feasibility study for the conversion of the grade II listed former post office and fishmarket, into a new library and ISC for Lancashire County Council.

The vision is to form a facility where traditional library activities are combined with exhibitions and displays, life long learning facilities, special activities, events and services for local businesses and industry, and the inclusion of a Tourist Information Centre.
