We were appointed by the University of Wales to reorganise and refurbish their office space within the Glamorgan Building, and in conjunction with our client produced very detailed schedules of requirements for individual rooms based on the specific needs of differing departments.

Based on this detailed brief, our conversion and refurbishment of this important listed building provided the necessary lecture hall, teaching and office spaces on a tight timescale and restricted budget.

The building has been successfully occupied by the University since the refurbishment works and has been upgrade to Grade I listing status subsequent to our completion.
