We secured detailed planning consent for Raven Audley Court for a 100,000 sq ft scheme of 98 apartments around the Clevedon hall building in the heart of Ilkley, West Yorkshire in January 2007.
The former Clevedon School will incorporate one and two bedroom apartments within the main building and grounds and is set to create a retirement haven for future residents. The total gross development value for the Hall stands at an impressive £40 million.
The Hall is set below scenic Ilkley Moor, providing panoramic views of the Wharfe Valley. The existing building will be transformed to host a wide variety of facilities, including a restaurant/bistro bar, coffee lounge, library, swimming pool and fitness studio. The scheme offers a wide range of amenities and activities aimed at promoting an active lifestyle as well as a range of optional support and care services to meet differing needs, abilities and aspirations of the residents.
Gaunt Francis Architects are acting as Lead Consultant for all stages from inception to completion.
