Beyond Sushi Ltd had been working with Gaunt Francis for some time identifying an appropriate site in Cardiff for their proposed concept sushi restaurant when the letting opportunity within ‘The Aspect’ redevelopment in the heart of the city emerged.

Working closely with our client, we created a striking restaurant interior inspired by Japanese design, enhancing and complementing the concept proposals for the restaurant’s brand identity. An efficiently planned layout achieves a high number of restaurant covers and provides a variety of internal environments to cater for those eating sushi as fast food, as well as for those diners who wish to stay longer.

The Zushi restaurant is the first conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Wales, and after a much publicised launch it has maintained a strong presence in the centre of the Capital.
