This is a scheme for a new residentia scheme on the Bakers Road site in the heart of Uxbridge, which has excellent transport links. After a period of under-investment, the block has become dated. Many shops and office spaces are now vacant.

The proposed development will occupy the site of Bakers House, a former office block which has been vacant since 2012 and will refurbish the Bakers Road Car Park. Following a lengthy consultation process with the Council, a taller tower was proposed for one corner of the site.

The proposed scheme will help give Bakers Road and Cocks Yard fresh appeal, with a contemporary facade, external lighting, and new landscaping.
