Gaunt Francis have been commissioned to consider masterplan proposals for a site comprising of the existing Navyard and also land owned by the Harwich Haven Authority and Tendering local authority.  

The vision of our scheme is to create a world class waterfront supported by a thriving and valuable mixed use development fully integrated into old Harwich.

Some of the existing Navyard land is pontooned space over the existing sea water and a presumption has been that the masterplan would also incorporate a significant new marina (500 berths) and the likelihood is that the land edge will be adjusted so as to maximize development potential and best address the new marina adjustment.
