A 53 acre green belt site currently containing a paper mill with associated office, storage and packing facilities.

Outline agreement has been reached with the Local Authority  to alter the existing industrial use, although its green belt status is likely to remain. We are therefore masterplanning a mixed use hotel and residential development of some 425,000 sq ft within this highly sensitive landscape environment, surrounded by the River Thames, the Jubilee River and the Bath Road.

Public consultation has commenced and will continue through 2008, a planning application is targeted for early 2009.
