We were approached by Kilmartin Properties to produce a mixed scheme of office and industrial units on the corner of the North Circular Road and Great Central Way in Brent. The client was keen to maximise value, but also achieve a ’Very Good’ BREEAM rating and a strong image.

Our scheme divides the site in to office away from the noise of the main road, and industrial units against the North Circular. Units are partially finished internally, and all set in a carefully integrated landscaping scheme. The main image for the site is derived from it’s four 5.5m wind turbines, carefully placed to provide visual activity and a strong image for the site, with the added advantage of producing some power for the common parts!

The scheme completes in August 2007, and already has several sales and tenancy agreements under negotiation several months prior to the completion
