Gaunt Francis architects have been working with the Institute of Engineering & Technology for some time reviewing options for their headquarters on the banks of the Thames, and its associated office Savoy Hill House to the rear.

Options for the properties have included detailed investigations in to low and zero carbon schemes, both as refurbishment and new build designs. Having reviewed carefully all of the possibilities, Gaunt Francis are now instructed to proceed with a refurbishment of Savoy Hill House offices to provide good quality office space for market letting.
