This 1970’s style fully glazed building was already looking dated when it was built in the 80’s!

GFA were brought in to completely overhall the interiors, most markedly apparent in the reception hall. The clutter of ranmps and plants has been replaced with minimal stone and glass detailing.

As a result of this work the recently vacant office space is now being successfully let.
