1 Finsbury Circus, London

Sir Edwin Lutyens  was best known for his country houses, but did carry out 2 significant commercial buildings in the centre of London.  The Midland Bank on Poultry and Britannic House at Finsbury Circus.

Britannic House was subject to a major refurbishment during 1989. Our clients acquired the building last year and significant changes to its internal layout are now being proposed.

We are creating a complete new atrium space within the centre of the building, with six glazed wall climber lifts linked into the original Lutyens ground floor colonnade.

A fit out of all the office areas are envisaged, as well as the creation of a new retail unit onto Moorgate.
