Located on Lower Regent Street, Rex House had many interesting historical aspects and associations, but was in a poor state of repair when we were appointed to undertake its comprehensive refurbishment.

Our scheme provided retail and restaurant space across the basement and ground floors with modern offices above ground. The refurbishment included the complete new working of the office reception and core along with replacement windows and a new enlarged entrance with a striking canopy. New lifts and services were incorporated into the building which included a new chilled beam air conditioning system mitigating the problems of significant downstand beams and headroom issues.

wCombined with new finishes throughout the building, the refurbishment works resulted in the production of large, high quality office space sensitively inserted into a listed building on a busy, constricted site in the heart of the West End.
