MacNiven & Cameron approached Gaunt Francis with the request that they produce a zero carbon office design for a site they owned near Bristol, and compare this to a ’normal’ office scheme.

Gaunt Francis’ design utilises many passive environmental features to produce an intrinsically low energy office building, and supplements this with modern technology to provide a potentially zero carbon solution.

The scheme is currently being assessed and it is intended to proceed to a planning application in the near future.
