A complex site on the outskirts of the town, surrounding and incorporating part of the football ground, with a view to providing a new stand for the football club along with residential, leisure, office and student accommodation.

Gaunt Francis’ scheme produced a series of residential apartment buildings rising around a new football club stand. The scheme is fronted by a new office and A3 development, and includes provision of student accommodation within the site. Integral to the scheme is the creation of resident’s rooftop amenity space and a landscaped thoroughfare linking Mold Road with the student accommodation to the East.

The scheme has outline planning consent and the reserved matters are being progressed with the full support of Wrexham Borough Council.
