Having worked with Gaunt Francis previously, MacNiven & Cameron asked us to look at a complex site in Wrexham, surrounding and incorporating part of the football ground, with a view to providing a new stand for the football club along with residential, leisure, office and student accommodation.

Gaunt Francis’ scheme produced a series of modern residential apartment towers rising around a relocated road through the site, which in turn defines the boundaries of the new football club stand. The scheme is fronted by a new office and A3 development, and includes provision of student accommodation within the site.

The scheme has outline planning consent and the reserved matters are being progressed with the full support of Wrexham Borough Council.
