The site occupies a commanding position overlooking Tenby’s North Beach, one of the premier coastal views in Wales.
We are rescuing two Grade II listed buildings, Glendower House and The Guildhall. The latter, is currently in such a bad state of repair that emergency propping works are in place to halt it’s imminent collapse.
Sandwiched between it’s Georgian neighbours, we have designed a contemporary residential block comprising recessed balcony apertures wrapped in warm timbers. The glazed balustrading is set within rendered facades - continuing Pembrokeshire’s tradition of picturesque pastel colours. Our Norton/Croft infill design is topped off with a curved zinc mansard roof.
