City and Westend Developments purchased the entire south side of Percy Street in 1998 with many listed buildings in a number of un-let properties mixed amongst the restaurants, offices and residential units. A bold rationalisation strategy was required.
We undertook a series of use swaps, refurbishment and extensions throughout the street in order to maximise the existing uses, their values and locations to provide a well ordered and coordinated estate.
The completed development has added considerable value to all of the properties since its completion and has contributed to the upgrading of the whole Percy Street area.
