The rear of the site retains a robust Victorian warehouse building which we are converting to office use, around a predominantly newbuild mixed use scheme comprising retail, offices and 98 student units.

We are proposing to keep and refurbish Panther House on Mount Pleasant (which sits within the Hatton Garden Conservation area), and create an elegant new build facing onto Grays Inn Road, which will enhance the character and appearance of the area.

Our scheme seeks to retain Panther House and convert it into studio and workshop accommodation on the lower floor. Its upper floors will then be extended and converted to student accommodation.

The Grays Inn Road building is a seven storey proposal that gently blends the differing building lines of the properties either side. A new central courtyard space will add interest and access to smaller retail units and the Panther House space at the rear.
