Cardiff has been expanding strongly for the past 15 years, and we were approached by an existing client to masterplan a new business park on the outskirts of the city.

We obtained an outlined planning consent on the site as a whole for office and light industrial uses, integrating a new road layout, entrance pavilion and the careful co-ordination of th environmental management for the low lying plot, all based on detailed negotiations with Cardiff Planning department

The scheme achieved the aim of creating the framework and infrastructure for the business park, and has subsequently been sold on for individual development of the plots by others.
