The proposal is for a mixed use development of housing and B1 employment space.

To be constructed on the now vacant Pine End Works Site which is located next to the Lydney Harbour historic monument.

The scheme integrates residential accommodation of various types with employment units in a layout that creates practical spaces for movement and social opportunities.

The terraces of houses, apartment blocks and employment blocks are visually connected using garden walls and links to strengthen the character and sense of place in the open public spaces. On the outside edges the massing is reduced and structures are spaced out more with a landscape buffer to provide privacy from the surrounding units.
