Athina joined Gaunt Francis in March 2020. Athina is a fully qualified, UK ARB registered Architect working in the UK since 2015. She completed her Part 3 qualification in University of West of England in Bristol in 2019. Athina has a diverse work experience from a variety of projects mainly in the residential sector as well as the commercial sector.
She obtained her Diploma in Architecture awarded First-class Honours, in Greece in 2012 and during her studies was awarded a scholarship to study in Florence for 6 months. She completed her MSc in Sustainable Urban Planning and Design in Stockholm in 2014.
Her interests lie in sustainable design and creating buildings that aim to benefit both the user and the surrounding community and she believes that all designs should revolve around humans, experiences and places.
