City Point is a Square Mile landmark. It was acquired by Beacon Capital Partners in 2007 but some of its origins as the home of BP remained, not least some outdated office space and a congested ground floor. We introduced modest but important interventions to the existing 118m2 reception area, to give greater transparency to the ‘front door’.
An adjustable backlit feature wall conceals storage and IT facilities, whilst providing a modern uplift to the space. Its colour and form are echoed in a new overpanel at the main entrance that draws the visitor into the space.
